Cancellation and Change Policy

Full refund:

Sfride Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to departure in order to receive a full refund. This includes the address pick up and drop off portion of the booking, where applicable.

Credit:

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of departure or reservations changed within 24 hours of the original date and then cancelled are subject to a $20.00 per person administration fee. The balance of the non-refundable amount of the reservation will be issued in the form of a credit to be used towards future travel with Sfride. All new reservations using a travel credit must be booked within 1 year from the date of cancellation with all travel completed within 16 months of the date the credit was issued. Credit notes have no cash value.

Please Note: 

Passengers who do not show up for a departure are not entitled to a credit or refund.

Change Policy:

All changes must be made prior to departure.
