Sfride Inc. (hereinafter called Sfride) cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost, or expenses arising out of injury, accident, or death, upset, disappointment, distress, or frustration whether physical or mental resulting from: (a) the act or omission of any party other than Sfride or its employees; (b) mechanical breakdowns, traffic tie-ups, government actions, labor disputes, weather, Canadian or U.S. Customs, and other factors and causes beyond our control; (c) your failure to follow instructions including baggage handling, check-in and check-out times, but not limited to, our Sfride pickup points at the Toronto International Airport, Detroit Metro Airport, and in the cities we offer service. (d) Cancellation or changes for any reason in the travel services offered. Sfride reserves the right to cancel or alter the travel services at its discretion. In the event of complete cancellation, Sfride shall only be liable to refund all monies paid.
Sfride expressly reserves the right to reject any person at any time before and during the trip if Sfride deems their conduct detrimental to the harmony or comfort of the trip. A refund covering the unused portion of the trip will be made without further obligation, responsibility, or liability on the part of Sfride.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain all documentation required by U.S. or Canadian Customs. Sfride cannot and will not accept responsibility for passengers denied entry into the U.S. or Canada. Passengers denied entry will be responsible for any costs required to return them to their point of origin. As incorrect documentation is beyond Sfride’s control, no refunds will be allowed nor will Sfride reimburse for any costs associated with documentation or customs difficulties.
Sfride continues to recommend the use of masks as a precautionary measure during travel.
Sfride does not transport pets.
